A functional water purifier filter device is provided to improve efficiency of the filter part remarkably by uniformly distributing water supplied to a filter part through a guiding member and a joining member respectively having a porous plate structure and uniformly passing water through an activating filter and a sedimentation filter, thereby increasing the activating degree of water and the removal ratios of rust, alien substances, and eluted by-products. In a functional water purifier filter device formed by joining a hollow case(18) with an upper cap(22) having a supply pipe(20) thereon and a lower cap(26) having a discharge pipe(24) thereon respectively, the functional water purifier filter device comprises a filter part(36) including: an activating filter(30) for activating water passing through an inner part of the case; a sedimentation filter(32) installed under the activating filter to remove rust, alien substances, and eluted by-products contained in water; a porous plate type joining member(34) which is installed under the sedimentation filter, and through which water is distributed and passed; and a porous plate type guiding member(28) which is installed above the activating filter, and through which water is distributed and passed, wherein the respective guiding and joining members have partitions(44,54) vertically installed on both faces of respective porous plates(42,52) thereof such that the partitions cross each other to separate a flow of water, and the joining member has a rod(56) vertically installed in the center of the porous plate thereof in a way that the rod passes through joining holes(38,40) of the activating filter and the sedimentation filter to form the functional water purifier filter device.
