<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service of writing a document file or the like in a recording medium in a store or the like. <P>SOLUTION: When file writing processing is instructed, a multifunctional output device 130 displays the document file on a screen of a UI (user interface) device 133 and requests a user to confirm whether it is a desired document file, then requests the payment of a writing charge. When the completion of payment of the charge is confirmed, the multifunctional output device 130 controls a media reader/writer 134 to write the document file in the recording media, then displays the document file written in the recording media, on the screen of the UI device 133, and requests the user to confirm whether it is correctly written. When the user informs that it is not correctly written, the document file of a writing source is compared with the document file written in the recording medium, and when both electronic data are not in agreement, the document file written in the recording medium is deleted, and the charge is returned. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
