<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic cooker in which temperature distribution on the bottom face of a heated material such as a frying pan or the like can be uniformalized at a time of cooking a fried food using the heating material. <P>SOLUTION: The elecromagnetic cooker is provided with a heating means 4 that has two heating coils 4a, 4b which are placed on a nearly concentric circle center and a nearly same plane and having different diameters, a top plate 5, a high frequency electric power generating circuit 2 that heats the heated material 6 on the top plate by driving the heating means 4, and a control circuit 3 that controls the power output of the high frequency electric power generating circuit, and the control circuit 3 has a frying mode in which the heating coil 4b arranged outside is always driven, and the heating coil 4a arranged inside is driven or stopped, or driven and stopped. By this, by using the material frying mode, the electric power that is input into the outer peripheral part of the bottom face of the heated material 6 at the cooking time can be increased, and the temperature distribution at the bottom face of the heated material can be uniformalized so that baking irregularity can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
