<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concurrently provide an excellent operability of a main operation member for controlling a kinetic state of a vehicle and an excellent operability of an ancillary operation member for controlling the operation of a yaw moment generating device. <P>SOLUTION: A rotatable grip 9 (ancillary operation member) is provided on a part of a steering wheel main body 8 of a steering wheel (main operation member) for turning wheels. When the grip 9 is rotated, a difference is generated in the braking forces of right and left wheels, and a yaw moment generated with this difference can assist or suppress the turning of a vehicle. Since the grip 9 constitutes a part of the steering wheel body 8, it is possible to rotate the grip 9 to assist or suppress the turning of the vehicle while operating the steering wheel 7 to turn the vehicle. Since both the steering wheel main body 8 and the grip 9 can be operated by the same hand of a driver, operational burden on the driver is alleviated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
