DRIVE RECORDER AND ANALYZING DEVICE FOR DRIVE RECORDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of stored vehicle circumstance information without deteriorating the convenience of a drive recorder.

SOLUTION: This drive recorder is provided with: a vehicle circumstance information collection means 21a for collecting the vehicle circumstance information of a vehicle in traveling; an impact detection means 27 for detecting a predetermined impact generated in the vehicle; and a vehicle circumstance information storage means 24 for storing the vehicle circumstance information collected by the vehicle circumstance information collection means 21a when the impact is detected by the impact detection means 27, the drive recorder is further provided with; a data size calculation means 21b for calculating the data size of the vehicle circumstance information stored in the vehicle circumstance information storage means 24; an encryption means 21c for encrypting the calculated data size; and an encrypted information storage means C for storing encrypted information having the vehicle circumstance information stored in the vehicle circumstance information storage means 24 and the encrypted data size encrypted by the encryption means 21c.
