PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cycle efficiency in a refrigerating cycle device provided with both engine-driven compressor and motor-driven compressor. SOLUTION: A refrigerant in a downstream side of a first outdoor heat exchanger 19 carrying out heat radiation of a discharged refrigerant from the engine-driven compressor 13 is cooled by an auxiliary heat exchanger 25 acting as an evaporator of a refrigerating cycle composed by the motor-driven compressor 14, and the first heat exchanger 19 downstream side refrigerant is evaporated to increase an enthalpy difference of inlet/outlet refrigerants of an indoor heat exchanger 30 cooling air to be blown indoors. At this point, since a refrigerant evaporation temperature of the indoor heat exchanger 30 can be raised higher than a refrigerant evaporation temperature of the auxiliary heat exchanger 25, electric power of the motor-driven compressor 14 can be reduced.
