PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe storage structure which makes a plurality of appliance drain pipes integrated together, and which prevents the leakage of a malodor from the inside of a storage member. SOLUTION: This drain pipe storage structure 10 comprises: the appliance drain pipe 20, one end of which is connected to a wet area appliance 14; a vertically-elongated medium-diameter pipe 30 inside which a side of a lower end of a riser 24 is to be housed; a combined-portion joint 32, one end of which is connected to a drain riser 12 elongated in the vertical direction of a building, and the other end of which is connected to a lower end of the medium-diameter pipe 30; and a closing member 40 which is provided at the upper end of the medium-diameter pipe 30, so as to support the appliance drain pipe 20 and close the inside and outside of the medium-diameter pipe 30. Thus, the plurality of risers 24 are integrated together, and the leakage of the malodor from the inside of the medium-diameter pipe 30 can be prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
