PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold in which an aggregate is hard to flow into the under side of a horizontal line bar which can solve the problem that the density of the aggregate becomes lower, and can manufacture a concrete block with a horizontal line having a favorable split skin in the mold for producing the horizontal line for the purpose of a decoration on the molded concrete block. SOLUTION: The horizontal line bar 9 is positioned at a position higher than a specified position, and the aggregate is made to flow into the mold, and pressure is applied to the aggregate top surface by an upper mold press. At the same time, the horizontal line bar 9 is moved downward, and the aggregate under the horizontal line bar is compressed, molding is performed in such a manner that the density of the aggregate may become the same on the top and the bottom of the horizontal line bar. In the vertical movement of the horizontal line bar, the inlet side and the outlet side of the line bar are simultaneously moved, and the put-in/takeout out of the horizontal line bar is smoothly performed.
