The invention relates to a simple device (1) providing protection against fraudulent or accidental intrusion into at least one contactless communicat ion object (3) having an intelligent circuit (31, 32) containing sensitive i nformation or information providing access to services, whereby the electron ic circuit of the protected object remains unchanged. The invention employs means (13) for receiving radio signals (S22) in a frequency range of the ord er of megahertz to tens of megahertz, the signals received generating the op erating energy for activating a circuit (11) that generates an interfering s ignal to be emitted by emission means (14) belonging to the protection devic e in the form of interfering radio waves (S21) and interruption means (12) w hich validate or invalidate the operation of the interfering signal generato r of the protection device.
