PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microminiature integrated heterodyne repeater for mobile communication which is improved in isolation etc., to prevent oscillation. SOLUTION: Delay of the repeater is reduced by using an RF relay system. A donor antenna and a service antenna are improved in isolation each by mounting a substrate arranged with a radiating device on the opposite surface of a shield case containing an electronic circuit of the repeater and also mounting a substrate arranged with a parasitic element for improving radiation characteristics thereof on the top surface of each radiating device.
