PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize problems of conventional techniques for interlocking various networks. SOLUTION: When two or more networks such as a wireless LAN and a mobile communication network are interlocked, service use and service charging information should accurately be gathered and processed. Consequently, a specified kind of service use and charging information can be deleted for a specified user according to services to be provided for users. Further, the service use and charging information can periodically be gathered according to kinds of the services to be provided. Further, wireless LAN wireless connection service use and charging information, and charging information of the mobile communication network can associatively be gathered.
