<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly track theft continuously even after the lapse of a predetermined period (for example, one week) from the time an ACC switch is switched from on to off. <P>SOLUTION: When an incoming call stand-by date is designated beyond a point of time when a predetermined period passes since an ACC switch 18 is switched from on to off, on-vehicle emergency notification equipment 2 continues a low power consumption operation until the incoming call stand-by date arrives even after the lapse of the predetermined period from the time ACC switch 18 is switched from ON to OFF.
