<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health exercise tool that is easy for a user to get it on and off, has improved the freedom of the user's stance for using the tool and allows the user to easily make the vibration exercise of his upper half body. <P>SOLUTION: In an exercise auxiliary tool where a step 12 is placed on a base 11 and vibrates there, the step 12 is about similar in top surface shape to the base 11 and larger in lateral width than the latter. Also the step 12 has a depth about the same in size with its lateral length, and is equipped with a handle extending upward from both its sides. These arrangements enable a user to easily get on and off the tool, and make the vibration exercise of his upper half body as he or she stands up independently off the step 12.
