<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cognitive disease patient observation system which enables a physician to determine the daily living situations and the state of the excrements of cognitive disease patients. <P>SOLUTION: The first portable terminal 13 for forming the cognitive disease patient observation system executes the operations by an input display means for displaying input areas of patient data and daily living data, the first data memory means for storing the patient data and the daily living data inputted and a data transmission means which transmits the patient data and the daily living data inputted to the second portable terminals 14 and 15.
