<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of collecting and providing communication network information in which information stored in a database in an IP network is easily and simply acquired when there are a plurality of ASs (application servers). <P>SOLUTION: The method is provided in a communication system which includes a communication network 501, ASs 61-1 to 61-n using communication network information of the communication network 501, and a device 1 for collecting and providing the communication network information that is connected to the communication network 501 and ASs 61-1 to 61-n, wherein the ASs 61-1 to 61-n and the device 1 performs communication with a predetermined interface. The device 1 transmits a use request signal to the communication network 501, receives communication network information complying to an interface that a transmission origin of the communication network information has, stores the communication network information, converts the stored communication network information according to the predetermined interface, and transmits the converted communication network information to the ASs 61-1 to 61-n. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
