PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor in which performance for reducing noises, heat generation and the like is improved while improving performance of rotational speed-torque characteristics, by employing novel constitution of the motor. SOLUTION: The motor is constituted by a central stator 2, an intermediate rotor 6 of a hollow cylindrical structure, and an outside rotor 11 of a hollow cylindrical structure, wherein the intermediate rotor has a rotating shaft, an inner peripheral face faces an outer peripheral face of the central stator with a predetermined space, and the rotor is arranged outside the central stator, while the outside rotor has a rotating shaft, an inner peripheral face faces an outer peripheral face of the intermediate rotor with a predetermined space, and the outside rotor is arranged outside the intermediate rotor. The intermediate rotor and the outside rotor are rotatably supported by bearing portions for the intermediate rotor and the outside rotor provided at the central stator. Any one of an armature, a permanent magnet or a conductor is selectively combined with the central stator, the intermediate rotor, and the outer rotor for arrangement and fixing, then a DC or an AC power source is supplied to the armature, by which the intermediate rotor is rotated outside the central stator, and moreover the outside rotor is rotated outside the intermediate rotor in the same direction as the intermediate rotor.
