PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance circuit capable of efficiently adjusting a resistance value, an interface circuit and the like. SOLUTION: A resistance circuit 100 includes (n) stages of unit circuits 110 and each of the unit circuits 110 includes a first resistance element R1 provided between first and second terminals T1, T2, a first cut-off element F1 provided between second and third terminals T2, T3, and a second cut-off element F2 and a second resistance element R2 provided in series between second and fourth terminals T2, T4. The first terminal T1 of each of the (n) stages of unit circuits 110 is connected to first wiring L1, the fourth terminal T4 of each of the (n) stages of unit circuits 110 is connected to second wiring L2, the third terminal T3 of the first stage of unit circuit 110 is connected to third wiring L3, and the third terminal T3 of an (m)th stage of unit circuit 110 is connected to the second terminal T2 of an (m-1)th stage of unit circuit 100.
