PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording technique with high real-time property without data loss for electronic equipment over a network. SOLUTION: A first HDD/DVD recorder 3 includes: an input unit (antenna) 71 to which AV content data are input from television broadcast or the like; a digital television broadcast receiving unit (can be analog broadcasting) 41 for receiving, e.g., digital television broadcast of AV contents from the antenna 71; a demodulation unit 43 for demodulating received data; a TS decoding unit 47 for performing TS decoding on the demodulated data; an audio decoding unit 48 for decoding audio; an audio output unit 51; a video decoding unit 53 for decoding video; a video/OSD signal synthesizing unit 55; and a video output unit 57. Further, an accumulation device 45 for temporary recording for acquiring and temporarily recording a demodulated signal, a video recording management unit 61 for managing video-recorded AV contents, and a user interface management unit 63 are included.
