PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device by which the optical paths of scanning optical systems relating to light having a plurality of wavelengths can easily be combined without using a complicated configuration. SOLUTION: The optical device includes: a stimulus light scanning optical system 17 for deflecting stimulus light that is used for stimulating a body 13 to be tested and has at least one or more wavelengths; and a combining acoustic optical element 33 for combining the optical path of the deflected stimulus light with the optical path of an observing optical system 15 that obtains the image of the body 13 being tested.
