PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel connecting structure having high airtightness and workability. SOLUTION: Joint parts 21 extended to the joint center side from frame members 20 of side end faces of panels 10 to be connected, is provided with joint fitting parts 25 located at the tips of the joint parts and extended along a joint centerline C so that the adjacent joint fitting parts abut each other and a joint member 30 is fitted in the abutting state; rising parts 26 located at the base ends of the joint parts to support the joint parts; and lead-in parts 27 located between the joint fitting parts and rising parts to arrange the joint fitting parts near the panel surface side. The joint member is provided with a surface part 31 flush with a panel surface member 11 in the fitted state to the joint parts in joining the panels, and a fitting leg part 32 extended near the inner surface of the surface part and fitted to the joint fitting parts.
