PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of excessively melting of a resin of an object to be heat-caulked by an overcurrent at the time of starting heat-caulking. SOLUTION: Heat-caulking apparatus for heat-cauking a thermoplastic resin having an integrally molded boss and an element to be connected having an engaging hole for engaging with the boss by supplying a current to a heater chip connected to the secondary side of a transformer, comprises a means for measuring a temperature of a heater chip, a means for reducing a difference between the temperature of the heater chip obtained by this measuring means and a predetermined temperature, and a regulating means for increasing or decreasing the amount of the current to this heater chip in response to the temperature difference so that the difference is reduced.
