摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique to control a plurality of autofocus (AF) control systems by the same semiconductor integrated circuit device (LSI) in a camera module for a cellular phone or the like. SOLUTION: The LSI capable of coping with a stepping motor system, a piezo system and a VCM system includes: a reference pulse generation part 403 generating a reference pulse; a high-speed reference pulse generation part 405 generating a high-speed reference pulse having higher speed than the reference pulse; a pulse switching part 408 selectively outputting either the reference pulse or the high-speed reference pulse; and a drive pulse generation part 409 generating a drive pulse for driving a lens based on output from the pulse switching part 408. In the piezo system, the pulse switching part 408 selects the high-speed reference pulse and outputs it to the drive pulse generation part 409 first, and selects the reference pulse and outputs it to the drive pulse generation part 409 from halfway.
