PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode substrate capable of confirming a connection state. SOLUTION: The electrode substrate as one embodiment of this invention is provided with: a transparent substrate 38; a second transparent conductive film 46 disposed on one side surface of the transparent substrate 38; a second electrode 32 formed by the second transparent conductive film 46 disposed within a visible area 33; and a second connection wiring 36 which is disposed on the outside of the visible area 33 and is connected with the second electrode 32, wherein the second connection wiring 36 comprises the second transparent conductive film 46 and a stacked metal film 47, the second transparent conductive film 46 is formed so as to be protruded from the metal film 47, and a second outer terminal 42 connected with the outer part is disposed on the part where the second transparent conductive film 46 is protruded.
