A distributing board of an apartment house is provided to prevent suspension of power supply and a damage to an electric apparatus due to an external intruder's arbitrary operation. A distributing board of an apartment house includes a case(10), a shielding plate(30), a distributing board exposing device(WE), and a distributing board hiding device(40), a control unit(50), and an input unit(60). An opening portion is formed in a center portion of a front surface of the case. The shielding plate opens and closes the opening portion of the case. The distributing board exposing device is rotatably installed in the case, and includes a winding drum(41) and a driving device(M). The distributing board hiding device includes a driving mechanism(45) and a winding roller(44). The control unit controls the driving device. The input unit controls the control unit. |
