<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhibitor for the rise in blood insulin after eating. <P>SOLUTION: The inhibitor for the rise in blood insulin after eating has a phospholipid as an active ingredient, and the phospholipid includes a glycerophopspholipid and a glycerolysophospholipid. By administering at least one selected from, for example, phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine as the glycerophospholipid and at least one selected from, for example, lysophosphatidylcholine and lysophosphatidylethanolamine as the glycerolysophospholipid, the rise in the concentration of blood insulin after eating can be controlled within a good range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
