PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow reliable fixation in a well workable manner and easy separation and disassembly. SOLUTION: This fastening component 1 comprises a bolt 2 having a locking step portion 2c which is formed between a head portion 2a with a screw rotary tool engaging hole 2d and a male screw portion 2b and whose diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the male screw portion 2b and smaller than the outer diameter of the head portion 2a, and a washer holding portion 2e which is formed on the outer periphery of the locking step portion 2c under a bottom 2d1 of the screw rotary tool engaging hole 2d and whose diameter is smaller than that of the locking step portion, and a washer 3 formed of a shape memory material whose inner diameter is smaller than the diameter of the head portion 2a before heated and which is more expansive than the diameter of the head portion 2a in the radial direction when heated.
