PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined shape which is simple, exerts adequate fitting ease, and can absorb expansion/contraction of an employed material, and to provide a structure of a plate, a panel member, etc., which has the combined shape. SOLUTION: According to the structure, a downward-recess which has a lower surface thereof cut away and has a downward projection projecting from an external end, is formed in one of mutually opposed side surfaces of an almost rectangular plane member, and an upward recess which has a front surface thereof cut away, has an upward projection projecting from an external end, and can be fitted to the downward-recess, is formed in the other side surface. In the structure, a fitting depth and an inclination angle of fitting portions are specified to respective specific values, and notches and round portions are formed by chamfering.
