PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic breaker capable of reducing noise and vibration. SOLUTION: The hydraulic breaker 30 is equipped with a breaker body 1 having a front head 6 at the tip end side and a chisel 3 reciprocatably movably fitted in the front head 6 by insertion. The chisel 3 has a large diameter part 2 projecting in the radial direction on the part located outside from the front head 6, and an elastic body 8 is mounted between the large diameter part 2 and the front head 6.
