A method for removing dust of a working line having a hanger installed in a rail for holding products in a coating line for injection molded products is provided to efficiently remove dust and paint sludge attached to the working line through a multi-step air spraying process. A method for removing dust of a working line(3) having a hanger installed in a rail(1) for holding products in a coating line for injection molded products, comprises the steps of: mounting the products to the hanger of a conveying line; treating the surface of the products with flame for the purpose of safe receipt of paint, followed by natural drying step, coloring step, natural drying step, color painting step, natural drying step and lustering step; spraying air to the conveyer and a working line having a hanger for holding the products to remove dust and paint sludge, followed by natural drying step and hot air drying step. |
