A system and a method for providing a real-time siege strategy match game on the network are provided to enable a plurality of gamers to play the game in real-time by selecting a map and a game termination purpose, and apply an enhanced game character to the next game by improving ability of the game character with items and points, which are obtained during the game or are purchased by cyber money. A channel server(20) provides a channel list and game room data of each channel to gamers, and enters the gamer to each game room. A member database(40) stores personal, character, and item of each gamer, and a game progress server(50) enables the gamer to progress the game in the game room by a game control signal of a gamer PC(1). An authentication server(60) authenticates the gamer by receiving a password from the gamer or passing a verification process. An item server(70) manages the item information and sells items to the gamer. A collection server(80) collects a purchase price/fee from a buyer. A control server(90) provides channel and game progress information to a web client(10), transmits item purchase information to the collection server, and transmits the character information such as accumulated points or cyber money to the member database. |
