The connector (1) has a housing with a cylinder part (3), where a part of a conductor wire (4) is accommodated at an end of the cylinder part. The wire runs in a direction perpendicular to an axis of the cylinder part. Projecting parts (6) are formed in another end of the cylinder part, and an upper part of the projecting parts protrudes over a circumference of the cylinder part and expands towards an upper end of the cylinder. A projection (5) rests against a retainer component (2), when the connector grips in the component and the axis of the cylinder part is inclined to the projection.
