The method involves transmitting a functionally addressed call (9) by a global system for mobile communicationterminal (1), over a telecommunication network (2) for providing voice services to a personalized computer. Functional call addressing is selected from a link connection message without call acceptance, where an adjusting command is generated from the addressing. The adjusting command is transferred from the personalized computer to a servo computer for electrical location posed drive elements detected by the adjusting command. An independent claim is also included for a device for remotely controlling an electrical location posed drive element in a rail-bound traffic system.
