An assembly supports functions of the buccal cavity especially the targeted use of reduced pressure. The assembly consists of a shallow, flat elastic arc-shaped plate, coupled to various medical instruments to measure pressure, fluid motion and tooth position. The front section in proximity to the lips is a thin convex plate that thickens towards the rear and suited for anchoring against the teeth.
