The plant has a propeller turbine supported at a mast, where the propeller turbine is horizontally arranged and vertically pivotable. The propeller turbine has rotor blades rotatably fixed at a center, where the blades have a shaft with a wind collecting groove (9). Width of a gap formed between inner flanks of the groove is variable, where the flanks are directed toward the mast or a wall surrounding the mast. The propeller turbine is arranged in flow direction away from a vane-wheel turbine whose vanes extend along a plane of rotation of the propeller turbine without touching the blades.
