The assembly has a refrigerating device (2) and a return air device (3) arranged at opposite sides of a show case (1). The refrigerating device is fitted at a head-side of an air circulation unit (13). The air circulation unit overlaps a goods support (6) of the show case, which is arranged inclinedly to the air circulation unit, so that cooling air (12) of the refrigerating device automatically flows parallel to the goods support in a direction of the return air device that is placed at a sloping edge of the show case.
