The two profile segments are intended with a surface aligned around the angle (alpha ) for the radius, so that the segments obtain a strong ground level radial turbulent flow. The outer profile segment has downwardly aligned partial surface that causes local conveying direction for mash container base (20a). The agitating tool (50) for production of mash in a mash container, comprises an agitating unit that shifted over a propelled shaft (10) in rotation and has an agitating wing that consists of downwardly aligned inner profile around an angle (gamma ) and upwardly aligned outer profile around an angle (delta ). The two profile segments are intended with a surface aligned around the angle (alpha ) for the radius, so that the segments obtain a strong ground level radial turbulent flow. The outer profile segment has downwardly aligned partial surface that causes a local conveying direction for a mash container base (20a). The angle of incidence of inclined surface to the radius is 60[deg] . The area reinforcing the radial flow is produced through shaping of the interior profile, which is formed in arc-shaped manner. The horizontal of the angle of incidence of upwardly aligned surface and the angle of incidence of downwardly aligned surface is 45[deg] . The surface ratio of gusset plate (4) to the outer profile surface is 0.3. The gusset plate has a recess in the lower region, so that the turbulent flow can flow outwardly behind the outer profile. The interior profile is formed as closed, curved and torsion-rigid hollow profile. The ratio of the agitating tool diameter to the container diameter is 0.85. The mash container is equipped with a turbulent flow agitator that has a gap for the mash container by spacer grid.</p>
