FIELD: mechanic, hydraulic systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: the device and method are intended for testing hydraulic-type digital-to-analogue converters (DACs). The device contains a shell with hydraulic lines and an actuating mechanism with a feedback device installed in it, a sleeve with adjusting edges and a distribution needle valve, a compression mechanism; the shell is equipped with a lid located in series with the DAC. The method includes moving of the feedback stem of the DAC to the outermost position, the setting of the actuator stem on the support, the placement of the distribution needle valve into the intermediate position relative to the regulating edges of the sleeve, feeding of the working liquid to the hydraulic lines with simultaneous feeding of discharge pressure to the area between the pistons of the DAC piston chain; during that, smoothness of the DAC feedback stem travel is monitored using the indicating head. The technical result of the invention is the improvement of fabricability of the device and method for checking the hydraulic machine DAC operability, and decrease in the weight and dimensions of the device. ^ EFFECT: improvement of fabricability of device and decrease in its weight and dimensions. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
