An air cooling device for a utility-pipe conduit is provided to prevent spoilage of beauty due to exposure and damage without an additional installation site by completely receiving the air cooling device in the utility-pipe conduit. An air cooling device for a utility-pipe conduit(10) includes a refrigerator(32), a water tank(34), a fan coil unit(40), a cold water supply pipe(42), and a cold water recovery pipe(44). The refrigerator and the water tank are installed inside the utility-pipe conduit and connected to each other through a supply line and a recovery line. The fan coil unit is installed on a ceiling of the utility-pipe conduit along a conduit apart from the fan coil unit and sends a cool air. The cold water supply pipe and the cold water recovery pipe are connected to the water tank and the fan coil unit for cold water to be circulated to pass through the fan coil unit to reduce a temperature inside the utility-pipe conduit by driving the refrigerator and the fan coil unit.
