摘要 A manufacturing method of a composite member is provided to create various colors by attaching FRP to the surface of structural steel, to prevent the corrosion of steel without additional plating or coating work, and to manufacture a structural member having complex shape easily. A manufacturing method of a composite member comprises the steps of: setting the measurements and volume of roving and a strand mat required by the cross section of FRP(fiberglass reinforced plastic)(S10); joining thin filament taken out from the roving with the strand mat at a guide plate(S20); supplying steel having the corresponding shape to the cross section of the FRP to the guide plate(S30); covering the steel with the thin filament of the roving and the strand mat passing through the guide plate continuously in a longitudinal direction(S40); moistening the steel, the thin filament of the roving and the strand mat in resin by passing the steel covered with the thin filament of the roving and the strand mat through a resin impregnator(S50); after passing the steel covered with the thin filament of the roving and the strand mat through the resin impregnator, combining with a surfacing veil and passing through a preliminary molding machine to form the surface of the FRP(S60); after forming the surface of the FRP covering the steel through the preliminary molding machine, hardening materials by thermal curing with a forming and curing die(S70); pulling out a composite member of the formed and cured steel-FRP at the fixed speed by a pulling system(S80); and cutting out the composite member of the final steel-FRP passed through the pulling system into the required length(S90).
