A monitoring camera is provided to remove the necessity for installing power transferring elements for transferring the power of first and second driving device by directly connecting the first and second driving devices to a camera module and a rotation bracket, thereby preventing rotation angle deviation of the camera module. A camera module(120) is disposed in a rotation bracket(110). A first driving device(140) is directly connected to the camera module to rotate the camera module around a first rotation axis(X). A second driving device(160) is directly connected to the rotation bracket to rotate the rotation bracket and the camera module around a second rotation axis(Y). The first and second rotation axes are vertical to each other.
