摘要 <p>A solid gas reactor with two fluidized reactional zones and an integrated solid gas separation system comprises a catalyst conditioning zone, a first reactional zone (9) functioning in a less or rapid speed and fed by a primary charge, and a second reactional zone (15) functioning in a transport speed. The second reactional zone is directly connected to a primary solid gas separator. The residence time of gas in the second reactional zone is lower than 25% of a total residence time in the reactor, and the residence time of gas in the primary separator is 0.5-3 seconds. The solid gas reactor with two fluidized reactional zones and integrated solid gas separation system comprises a catalyst conditioning zone, a first reactional zone (9) functioning in a less or rapid speed and fed by a primary charge, and a second reactional zone (15) functioning in a transport speed. The second reactional zone is directly connected to a primary solid gas separator. The residence time of gas in the second reactional zone is lower than 25% of a total residence time in the reactor, and the residence time of gas in the primary separator is 0.5-3 seconds. The reactive residence time of the first reactional zone is 2-25 seconds. The contact time in the second reactional zone is 0.01-0.5 seconds. Speed of the suspension solid gas at the entry of the primary separator is 5-50 m/s. Treated charge is introduced into the catalyst conditioning zone by a vacuum fraction of 0.45-0.85. The second reactional zone is supplied by a secondary hydrocarbon charge of molecular weight, which is less than or equal to the primary charge of the first reactional zone. The primary separator consists of a series of separation chambers and stripping chamber. The chamber is alternatively arranged in a surrounding chamber of the second mobile reactional zone. Communication between the second mobile reactional zone and separation chamber is realized by openings arranged in the side walls of the second mobile reactional zone, and the separation chambers. The separation chambers comprise an upper wall and a parallel deflector separating by a centrifugal effect of a part. The solid particles in the lower part of the separation chamber are directed towards the stripping zone by the openings of another part. The fine gas is introduced into the stripping chamber communicating by its lower part with the stripping zone, and the separation chamber supplies via the opening vertical wall of the separation chamber at a level that is located at the lower part of the deflector. The higher part of the stripping chamber communicates with secondary solid gas separation system by a conduit. The striping zone functions in a fluidized dense bed and is equipped with a mechanical system of contacting between the solid particles and stripping gas. The stripping zone functions in the dense bed with a level between the openings of lower part of the separation chambers and the stripping chambers. The solid particles of the stripping zone are introduced in an exchanger with fluidized bed functioning at a speed of fluidization of 0.5-50 cm/s. The first reactional zone from a voluminal fraction is 0.55-0.9 and functions with a surface gas speed of 0.3-5 m/s. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) the production of propylene implementing the solid gas reactor with fluidized reactional zones; (2) the production of olefin; (3) the conversion of biomass by a hydrocarbon cut; and (4) the regeneration of charged solid particles in a coke.</p>
