A handle device for carrying goods is provided to support convenient and stable carrying of the goods, to be reused by being easily connected and disconnected to and from the goods, and to improve convenience in use. A handle device for carrying goods includes: a housing having plural entrances; a handle(104) mounted on one side of the outside of the housing so that a user can grip it by hand; plural wire wheels(131,132) rotatably installed on the inside of the housing; and plural wires(121,122) wound on the respective wire wheels so as to be drawn through the plural entrances, and put around the goods by being unwound from the wire wheels for connecting the housing to the goods.
