A PORTABLE UNDERWATER ULTRASONIC IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE

A portable underwater ultrasonic image display device is provided to enhance convenience of a user by arranging an HMD(Head Mount Display) on a full face mask or goggles worn by a diver. An ultrasonic transmitting and receiving transducer array(1) is implemented on goggles of a full face mask worn by a diver and irradiates ultrasonic waves to an underwater object. The ultrasonic transmitting and receiving transducer array receives the ultrasonic wave reflected from the object. An image processing and controlling unit(13) is connected to the ultrasonic transmitting and receiving transducer array by wire and includes an ADC(Analog Digital Converter) and a digital image signal converter. The ADC amplifies signals from the transducer array using a signal amplifier, removes noises from the amplified signals, and converts the signals to digital signals. The digital image signal converter converts the digital signals into frames, so that the frames are displayed on a display panel. A waterproof HMD(5) is connected to the image processing and controlling unit by wire and implemented on the goggles or the full face mask. The HMD displays the frames from the digital image signal converter.
