A method for manufacturing floor panels is provided to manufacture the floor panels in a short time by applying isocyanic adhesives on a plywood and adhering a chip wood on the adhesives layer. A method for manufacturing floor panels includes the steps of: cutting a plurality of plywoods and chip boards by a predetermined length; applying adhesive on one surface of the plywood to make an adhesive layer; placing the chip board on the adhesive layer and pressing the chip board with 15~20kg/cm^2 of pressure for 15~25 minutes under ordinary temperature; making protrusions and grooves on the plywood adhered to the chip board; and making a protective layer on the surface of the chip board by applying transparent coating material. The adhesive is isocyanic adhesive which has strong adhesiveness at ordinary temperature. |
