A trunnion orients the barge based on needs. A vertical rudder (12) is equipped with mobile motivators (15) that comprise a transformation system at the front of the platform, where the platform houses annexed installations. The transformation system transforms kinetic energy of waves into electric energy. An electric cable passes through the pivot or trunnion.
