<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a service by integrating a point service in a retail industry and the management of patient information at a hospital, and accumulating points when merchandise is purchased in a hospital or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This point card combined patient ID card management system is provided with: a point card combined patient ID card for displaying the absolute minimum information of patient information so that it can be updated, and for displaying point information based on the sales of various merchandise so that it can be updated in consideration of the display or storage of the patient information and the point information on one patient ID card so that they can be updated; a host computer 2 for managing the patient information and the point information; and each department sub-computer 4 and a store sub-computer 5.
