<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for surely inducing strong canceration character in a human-derived cell. <P>SOLUTION: A method for inducing the canceration of the human-derived cell comprises expressing Src in such a state in which hTERT (human Telomere Reverse Transcriptase) and SV40T antigen are present in the human-derived cell and thereby inducing the canceration of the cell. For example, an hTERT gene, an SV40T antigenic gene and an src gene are individually or simultaneously introduced into the cell by transfection etc., and the genes are expressed in the cell to thereby rapidly and surely induce the canceration of the cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
