PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for compensating mismatch in a digital quadrature transceiver having a direct-conversion scheme. SOLUTION: An amplification gain for an in-phase signal and a quadrature signal in a transmission module and a reception module is independently adjusted to compensate for phase and gain mismatches without depending on another external circuit or complicated algorithm.
