PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability during the assembly of a vehicle by reducing the size and the weight of a wire harness. SOLUTION: A conductive base body wiring part is formed in a base body of an instrument panel 1, and at least one kind of wire to be selected from a plurality of kinds of wires included in a wire harness 4 forms a base body wiring part. The size and the weight of the wire harness 4 can be reduced thereby. In addition, the distance between various kinds of power supply lines and a casing of an audio device, a navigation device or the like can be easily increased, and thus the radiation noise can be prevented.
