PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of the puncture repairing means of a pneumatic tire 3 in the night. SOLUTION: A casing 9 has a handling explanation display part 21 on which handling explanation is displayed. The casing is provided with: a branch optical system 23 branching the light, which is incident on the joint part of a condensing member 25 and an alarm emitting member 27 to both members 25 and 27 by reflection and refraction; and a light source 29 for irradiating the joint part of the condensing member 25 and the alarm emitting member 27 with light.
